Welcome to Namaste Trini's Kitchen! My name is Sara and I am passionate about all things food. I've always loved experimenting with different flavors and ingredients in the kitchen. Cooking has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember, and I'm excited to share my culinary journey with you through this blog. I believe that food brings people together and is a great way to experience different cultures and traditions. I was raised in the heart of North Carolina, but my parents were from Trinidad, West Indies. Despite living so far from my cultural heritage, I was always fascinated by the food my parents cooked. When it came to cooking my biggest inspiration would be my mom. She taught me everything she knew, from the art of selecting the perfect ingredients to the science of cooking. Through my food blog, I aim to connect with people who share a love for food, cooking, and culture. Every recipe has a story to tell, and I hope that you'll join me on this journey. From traditional Trinidadian dishes to my own creations inspired by my multicultural background, I have something for everyone.
